It is the very essence of our industry ! It was a true pleasure to attend the 4th International Culinary Salonnière 2025. What an overwhelming experience in the best possible way, meeting familiar faces (always a pleasure chef Daniel Mayor), sharing smiles, and observing culinary craftsmanship at its absolute finest. This incredible competition, powered by National Foods Limited and endorsed by Worldchefs - World Association of Chefs' Societies (WACS), brought together some of the world's finest talents. Nice to see so many familiar faces and sincere thank you to Chef MUHAMMAD AFZAL for beautifully executing such an inspiring event. I couldn't be prouder of the way the teams from many of our hotels participated ! Special #kudos to Pearl-Continental Hotel Karachi and @Chef Abbas Ali, who rightfully won the prestigious title of Chef of the Year! To all young chefs: lots of respect. Please continue to progress 1% a day, every day, to fine-tune your craft for the pleasure and enjoyment of guests.
