Held in collaboration with Aura Skypool, the three-day event from May 22–24 brought Chiva-Som’s signature approach to integrative wellbeing to one of Dubai’s most iconic venues. From sunrise yoga overlooking the skyline to wellness-inspired cuisine and personalised consultations, the anniversary celebration offered guests a rich immersion into Chiva-Som’s philosophy—one that mirrors the UAE’s commitment to wellbeing, balance, and elevated lifestyle.
The attendees experienced a full spectrum of wellness experiences led by Chiva-Som’s expert team, including traditional Hatha yoga, personalised wellness consultations, and breathwork sessions, all designed to nurture balance, energy, and inner peace. Morning yoga sessions, co-led by AURA’s resident wellness coach Emilse and Chiva-Som’s Kamlesh Kumar, took place against the backdrop of Dubai’s stunning sunrise—setting a tranquil tone for the day.
A Taste of Chiva-SomA key highlight of the event was the special edition of AURA’s “Lunch in the Sky,” featuring ‘A Taste of Chiva-Som’—a collaborative culinary experience by Chef Touch Vongsatitsart from Chiva-Som Hua Hin and Chef Craig Best, Executive Chef at AURA. The three-course wellness lunch brought the essence of Chiva-Som’s health-focused cuisine to life, blending vibrant Thai flavours with nourishing ingredients and wholesome cooking techniques. Dishes included grilled prawns with pomelo salad, Khao Soi Kai chicken light curry, and the much-loved black sticky rice with ripe mango. Guests enjoyed the option to pair their meals with refreshing, alcohol-free wellness drinks crafted exclusively for the occasion.
