With a distinguished career spanning over 20 years in international hospitality management, Muhammad Mujtaba Haider currently serves as Vice President Operations at Hotel One, bringing visionary leadership and operational expertise to one of Pakistan’s most recognized hotel chains. His role focuses on transforming guest experiences, optimizing service delivery, and driving strategic growth across multiple properties nationwide.
Before joining Hotel One in April 2025, Mujtaba held senior leadership roles across the Middle East and Pakistan, including General Manager (A&G / Operations) at The Centaurus Islamabad, General Manager at Ramada by Wyndham in Bahrain, and General Manager at Park Regis Business Bay Hotel in Dubai under StayWell Holdings. His global exposure has equipped him with a deep understanding of multicultural hospitality standards, luxury service protocols, and high-performance team development.
During his tenure at Ibis Styles Jumeira Hotel in Dubai, Mujtaba’s culinary team earned a place in the Guinness Book of World Records in 2017–2018 an achievement that reflects his commitment to excellence, innovation, and team empowerment at every level.
He has also served as a Hospitality Specialist and Consultant for Roxen Group, offering strategic direction on operations, CAPEX planning, and service innovation. Known for leading large-scale teams and managing high-end properties, Mujtaba has a strong track record of implementing systems that boost customer satisfaction and operational profitability.
